CANCELLATION POLICY / LOST TICKETS


Something has come up and can’t attend your workshop?

  • If you can no longer use your workshop ticket then it will need to be cancelled via email request, with refunds offered up until September 13th, 2019. Your entire order will be cancelled and refunded, less a $25 admin fee. Any complimentary Marketplace Admission tickets will be voided as well.

  • Please email INFO@KNITSOCIAL.CA with your full name, workshop name and date, and confirmation number if possible to have the refund processed.

  • After September 13th no refunds will be offered, but we can then transfer your ticket to a nomination of your choice (any monetary transaction will need to be carried out by you, we cannot facilitate this).

    • Transfers can be requested up from September 13th until October 1st. Please email info@knitsocial.ca for a transfer request.

  • Marketplace Admission tickets, Knit Night tickets, Pub Quiz tickets and lecture tickets are non-refundable but eligible for transfer.

I lost my ticket!

  • You can quickly and easily request your ticket be sent to you at the bottom of the Purchase Tickets widget. Scroll to the bottom of the widget on the Workshop Registration page and follow the prompts.
